Heather Hinton, BSN, is the Practice Manager at Symmetry Vascular Center, bringing nearly two decades of clinical experience and a deep understanding of cardiovascular and vascular care to her leadership role. With 18 years as a registered nurse, including 15 years in the cardiac catheterization lab—she offers a rare combination of hands-on clinical expertise and operational leadership.
Heather plays a key role in driving the performance and patient experience at Symmetry Vascular Center, ensuring that care delivery is both clinically excellent and seamlessly coordinated. Her background in high-acuity procedural settings allows her to anticipate the needs of both patients and physicians, creating an environment that is efficient, responsive, and centered around optimal outcomes.
She is known for bridging the gap between clinical care and practice operations, helping to build systems and workflows that support both quality and growth. Heather is passionate about creating a culture where teamwork, accountability, and communication are at the core of everything the practice delivers.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is committed to advancing a care model where patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience at Symmetry Vascular Center.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, has a growing obsession with orchids, and can often be found cheering on her oldest son at jiu jitsu. Originally from Kentucky, she’s a dedicated Wildcats fan and enjoys watching games together as a family.
