Dr. Diamond was born and raised in Stuart, Fl. He completed his bachelor’s degree and graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Florida. Dr. Diamond later received his medical degree from the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University where he graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society.
Prior to joining Symmetry Vascular, he completed his vascular surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
For the last five years, Dr. Diamond has been deeply involved in the UMass Limb Preservation Center, providing care for patients with advanced peripheral arterial disease.
Additionally, Dr. Diamond has been intimately involved in the care of patients with abdominal and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms as part of the institution’s FDA-sponsored clinical trial of new endovascular stent graft technologies, procedures that are currently limited to a handful of centers in North America.
As a result of his work, Dr. Diamond has published numerous scientific papers and had the opportunity to speak at several national vascular surgery meetings.
Dr. Diamond has Hospital Privileges at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health and St. Lucie Medical Center.
